What Monti does
Monti Posao connects candidates and employers and provides explainable compatibility results. Monti is not an employer, employment agency, or legal adviser and does not guarantee a job, candidate, or interview outcome.
Accurate information
Users are responsible for keeping submitted information accurate, lawful, and current. Impersonation, spam, fraud, discriminatory or illegal content, and misuse of another person's contact information are prohibited.
Match score
A Monti score is a recommendation based on information available in the system, not a final hiring decision. Work authorisation and other legal requirements must be checked by candidates and employers with competent professionals or authorities.
Paid features
Paid visibility never changes the real Monti match score. Subscriptions and one-time products activate only the features described for the product. Stripe processes payments. Refunds and cancellation are subject to the service rules and applicable consumer rights.
Moderation
Monti may hide a profile, close a job, restrict an account, or remove content when there is reasonable suspicion of spam, fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
Liability
Monti aims to keep the service available and useful but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness of data, or another user's behaviour. Users should independently verify employers, candidates, and employment terms before making decisions.
