What Monti Posao is
Monti Posao is a service for finding relevant jobs and candidates in Montenegro. Monti calculates explainable matches between a candidate profile and job requirements.
Data we store
We may store a name, email, phone number or chosen contact method, city, occupations and experience, languages, salary expectations, availability, accommodation needs, self-declared work-authorisation status, work-environment preferences, job and company data, Monti interactions, abuse reports, and technical events required for security and analytics.
Why we use data
We use data to create profiles, calculate and explain matches, show mutual interest, provide controlled contact access, send service notifications, prevent spam and fraud, and understand where users leave the product funnel.
Who sees contact details
Candidate contact details are not published on SEO pages or normal match cards. An authorised company member may unlock contact details through Monti's access flow. Candidates control the information they submit.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monti does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe may process payment data under its own policies.
Analytics and abuse protection
Monti stores product events such as profile-start, profile or job creation, match views, interest, Monti Match, contact unlock, interview, and hire. To limit spam we may use hashed technical identifiers derived from IP address and user-agent information in time-limited rate-limit buckets.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while an account is active or while required for the service, security, and legal obligations. Users can delete their account from the account-deletion page. Limited financial or security records may be retained when legally required.
